Nvidia Reportedly Unveiling RTX 4060 Ti, Packed With More VRAM Than RTX 4070
Nvidia’s upcoming RTX 4060 GPU is rumored to come in various versions, with one of them having more VRAM than the recently launched RTX 4070, according to a report by MEGAsizeGPU. Nvidia is expected to unveil both the RTX 4060 and two versions of the RTX 4060 Ti at Computex later this month, with the latter having either 8GB or 16GB of VRAM. The RTX 4060 Ti 16GB will have a full 4GB more VRAM than the RTX 4070 but across a narrower 128-bit memory bus shared across all RTX 4060 models. Both RTX 4060 Ti versions will feature the same AD106-350 GPU, with 4352 CUDA cores and an expected TDP of 160W. The slower RTX 4060, with 3072 CUDA cores and a TDP of 115W, will be significantly cut down. The RTX 4060 Ti 8GB is expected to be released this May, while the RTX 4060 and RTX 4060 Ti 16GB cards are scheduled to launch in July. Nvidia’s Computex keynote will take place on May 28 at 11 PM ET/ 8 PM PT, where it is expected to make these announcements.
