Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette Join Clint Eastwood’s “Juror #2”

Clint Eastwood, the legendary actor and filmmaker who is 92 years old, is gearing up to start production on his next movie, titled Juror #2. The film has now confirmed its two lead stars, Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette, who are currently in negotiations to finalize their contracts and work out scheduling and budget details.

The movie’s plot centers around a juror who is participating in a murder trial and gradually realizes that he is responsible for the victim’s death in a reckless-driving accident. As he wrestles with the decision of whether to manipulate the jury to save himself or confess and turn himself in, he also tries to save the defendant without incriminating himself. This storyline presents a compelling and thought-provoking narrative that seems like an ideal project for Eastwood to tackle.

Nicholas Hoult, who recently appeared in the film Renfield, will play the lead role of the conflicted juror, while Toni Collette will portray the district attorney. With a script by Jonathan Abrams, and Adam Goodman, Tim Moore, and Jessica Meier as producers, Juror #2 marks Eastwood’s 40th feature film. Although it’s been billed as his final film, there is no official confirmation on that front, and Eastwood has never been one to retire quietly. His passion for storytelling and creating memorable movies remains undiminished, and fans eagerly anticipate his next project.
