Stephen King’s Newest Book ‘Fairy Tale’ Is Out And Has Already Bagged A Movie Deal With A Major Director

Stephen King’s latest book, Fairy Tale, was published on 6th September and has already been taken by Paul Greengrass, known for directing Matt Damon in the Bourne series. He is directing, adapting, and producing the Fairy Tale movie.

Fairy Tale tells the story of a 17-year-old boy who “inherits the keys to a parallel world where good and evil are at war.” The boy, Charlie Reade, discovers a portal to another world in an old man’s shed. Together with a dog, Radar, they go to battle.

The next King movie, Mr. Harrigan’s Phone, is coming to Netflix on October 5.

Sony Confirms PSVR2 is “Truly Next-Generation,” Not Compatible with PSVR Games

Sony Interactive Entertainment’s PlayStation VR2 – the next-gen virtual reality hardware is slated to arrive early next year. Now they have officially confirmed that PSVR2 will not be able to play games initially made for the original PlayStation VR, the justification being that PSVR2 is designed to deliver a truly next-generation VR experience.

In the latest episode of the Official PlayStation Podcast, SVP of Platform Experience, Hideaki Nishino, confirms that the PSVR2 will not have compatibility with original PSVR games. Also, developing games for PSVR2 will require a whole different approach than the original PSVR.

EVGA Ends Decades-Long Partnership With NVIDIA, No More GeForce GPUs From Green Team’s Top AIB Partner

One of the most renowned GPU manufacturers EVGA is terminating all operations with Nvidia and quitting the business entirely.

According to a recent video published by Gamers Nexus, here is what he had to say:

“We are not going to be on [NVIDIA CEO] Jensen’s lap on stage, so I don’t want people to speculate what’s going on [when we are not there]. EVGA has decided not to carry the next-gen. EVGA is continuing the current product line. We will continue the current gen [until we run out].”

EVGA will continue to sell its remaining 30-series stock, but it will run out of stock soon.
